If you are not completely satisfied with our web services and products, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 30 days of your purchase, and let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You will be given a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees if applicable.
Your e-mail notification to us must be sent from the contact e-mail address that we have on file for your account. Please also include in your email the product and service purchase information relevant to the cancellation request.
If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund.
